THE RISKS TO the Irish economy of US tariffs are “extremely high”, according to a new report on the potential fallout from a looming international trade war. The report, conducted by the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI), analysed the consequences of US tariffs on Irish economic growth into next year.
