SEOUL, South Korea — South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has not responded to a summons for questioning over his failed attempt to declare martial law. Yoon had been asked to appear for questioning on Sunday as part of an investigation by the prosecutors’ office, but said he was still forming his legal defense team, the prosecutors’ office told reporters.
