More than 130 people are trapped after Taiwan's strongest earthquake in 25 years caused buildings to collapse, landslides to crash down from mountainous areas and widespread power outages. Taiwan's earthquake monitoring agency said Wednesday morning's quake was magnitude 7.2, while the US Geological Survey put it at 7.4 and Japan's meteorological agency put it at 7.7.
