BIG RAPIDS — The crowd was a little thinner than previous events Tuesday, but protesters received plenty of support from passersby who honked in solidarity with the rally against Project Elephant, a plan to bring a Gotion North America electric vehicle battery component manufacturing facility to Green Charter Township in Michigan.
