At MWC Barcelona 2022, China Mobile Tianjin announced its goal of making Tianjin a leading city with the number of 5G GreenSites in reaction to the Group’s national carbon neutrality and peak carbon targets and “dual carbon” strategy. According to Yang Tong, general manager of China Mobile Tianjin’s wireless hub, China Mobile Tianjin and Huawei are jointly deploying 5G and 5G GreenSite networks at the same time.
